Sadly sometimes parcels are lost by the USPS or they arrive way later then we thought. If you address on file is up to date, please let us know the Order ID of the magazine(s) that didn't make it and we can send a replacement.

Order IDs are listed in the app, under each order in Settings/Order History

Please make sure that the magazine is, in fact, supposed to be there by now. It might still be on press.
