Don't panic.

If you've just published, let us know ASAP.
Addresses are attached to the order when they are published. If your order hasn't shipped yet, or you just uploaded it - contact us from within the app. We might be able to update it for you. Please include the following info: 

  1. Your new address

  2. The order ID#

If a magazine is already in transit.
If your order history shows a tracking number next to the order, the magazine has already shipped. Please contact UPS 1 -800-742-5877 with your tracking info and updated address. 

If you just want to update your profile.
Please update your address under the settings menu in the app.

If you've moved permanently

Might be a good idea to set up a mail forwarding & change of address with the USPS here
