Don't panic.

If you've just published, let us know ASAP —
Addresses are attached to the order when they are published. If your order hasn't shipped yet, or you just uploaded it - contact us from within the app. We might be able to update it for you.

Please include the following info: 

  1. Your new address
  2. The order ID#

If a magazine is already in transit —
If your order history shows a tracking number next to the order, the magazine has already shipped. Please contact UPS 1 -800-742-5877 with your tracking info and updated address. 

If you just want to update your profile —
Please update your address under the settings menu in the app.

And lastly - might be a good idea to set up a mail forwarding / change of address with the USPS here
