Every Month (Quarter) a subscription fee processed, based on the date you signed up, that allows you to upload one magazine (at no charge) whenever you want to during the Month (Quarter). 

You then have access to our system that lets you Publish one magazine any day of that month. (Subscription payments act like credits)  We just need you to tap Publish when ready, and send us the photos so we can print 'em! 

The app doesn't upload anything automatically - it isn't allowed to (Apple Security Measures)...
